Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and upkeep of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our facilities. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and mechanical systems to ensure continuous operation. Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration), and mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals. Install, calibrate, and upgrade appliances and mechanical systems according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Conduct repairs on air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, kitchen appliances, and other mechanical components with precision and efficiency. Operate company vehicles safely for maintenance tasks at various locations while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols. Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system performance logs. Collaborate with team members to diagnose complex issues, improve maintenance procedures, and support construction or renovation projects as needed. Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair. Knowledge of schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools related to HVAC & appliance technology. Hands-on experience with appliance installation and maintenance across commercial or industrial settings. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical systems efficiently. Familiarity with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) practices in a fast-paced environment. Construction experience or background is a plus for supporting facility upgrades or renovations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in high-pressure situations. $29.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
