Position Overview The Maintenance Technician is responsible for repairing and maintaining CNC, electronic, pneumatic, mechanical, and hydraulic components of production machines and equipment. This role supports safe, efficient operations by troubleshooting issues, performing repairs, and ensuring equipment is functioning properly. Essential Job Functions Inspect and listen to machines to identify causes of malfunctions Dismantle equipment to access problem areas and perform repairs Measure and inspect parts to detect wear, misalignment, or defects Remove and replace worn or damaged components in drive, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems Realign and adjust machine components such as spindles, clutches, and mechanical assemblies Locate damaged air or hydraulic lines; measure, cut, thread, and install new piping Test machines after repairs to confirm proper operation Repair CNC, electronic, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic elements Operate metalworking tools (lathe, drill press, grinder) to fabricate or repair parts Modify computer‑controlled motion of robotic equipment as needed Assist with updates to machine component designs and documentation Requirements 5+ years of related maintenance experience preferred Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and technical documents Basic computer skills Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively with team members Ability to operate a forklift and scissor lift Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills Physical Demands / Work Environment 1st shift - 5:30AM - 2PM Regular standing, walking, bending, lifting, and equipment operation Ability to lift and carry up to 50+ lbs as needed Work may involve exposure to heat, cold, fumes, loud noise, and uneven surfaces Frequent use of hand tools, power tools, and machinery
