The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial garage doors and openers. While we prefer a candidate with strong mechanical ability, that is not a requirement!
Requirements are:
attention to detail, willingness and ready to learn, flexible and great customer service skills/soft skills/sales skills! Key Responsibilities Install new garage doors, openers, and related components Diagnose and repair issues with garage doors, springs, cables, rollers, and tracks Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems Provide clear explanations and recommendations to customers Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle Complete service reports and documentation accurately Qualifications Previous experience in garage door repair, construction, mechanical work, or a related field a plus , but not required . Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75-100 lbs) Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Basic electrical knowledge is a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills . We are willing to train the right person! Soft-Skills are a must! Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
