A Building and General Maintenance Technician performs building maintenance and appliance repairs for an apartment complex, housing division, residential center or business, as directed by a property manager.

What You'll Do Start your day from home: We send your schedule the night before so you can hit the ground running. Handle 3-5 jobs a day at a variety of homes, apartments, and townhomes. Upload notes and photos from each job on a company-provided phone. Stay in sync with dispatch and your teammates throughout the day-no one is ever left hanging.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS
Intermediate Drywall Repair:
Proven ability to float, texture, and match finishes seamlessly.
Minor Plumbing:
Expertise in changing faucets and supply lines, troubleshooting systems, and swapping toilets.
Minor Electrical:
Solid understanding of electrical systems, including replacing light fixtures and outlets.
Project Management:
The ability to work independently and manage your own time to finish a full scope of work.
General Repairs:
All-around handiness in carpentry, flooring repairs, millwork, tilework, basic masonry, and alarm systems. What You Bring At least 1 year of residential maintenance experience (more is always a plus!). Solid hands-on skills across multiple trades. Your own tools, a reliable vehicle, and a valid driver's license. Comfort with mobile tech-we use apps to keep the business moving. Trade certifications (Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical) are a total bonus.

$19- $30 per hour.
Performance Bonus:
7% Performance-Based Compensation increment to reward your hard work.
