Maintenance Technician

Job Summary Are you tired of doing the same job over and over, are you looking for some variety in your daily activity? As the maintenance Technician you have the opportunity to be your own boss. You will be responsible for completing routes consisting of general repairs, lawn care, pest control, and any other set task. You will be fully trained and equipped to handle all the jobs that will be assigned. Responsibilities Safely operate a company vehicle along designated routes to reach customer sites promptly and reliably Perform pest control treatments using industry-standard equipment and techniques to eliminate pests effectively Conduct a variety of tasks including, but not limited to lawn care, pest control, home maintenance, and other tasks such as selling, and door knocking for commission sales. Use machinery and power tools to complete various outdoor projects safely Communicate clearly with customers to understand their needs and provide professional advice on property maintenance Maintain detailed records of services performed, materials used, and route completion status for accountability and reporting Qualifications No experience is required Will train in order to familiarize you with tools, and procedures Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Strong communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills to manage daily routes efficiently Willingness to learn new techniques related to this role Join us as a Route Technician and become part of a dedicated company committed to delivering top-quality service while advancing your skills in home maintenance. $100.00 - $150.00 per day
