Tri-State Water, Power & Air is hiring a Residential Service Plumber with a strong focus on water heater installs, replacements, and upgrades . This is a performance-based role built for technicians who can diagnose, educate, and close work in the field. What You'll Do:
Install and replace residential water heaters, including both traditional tank and tankless systems. Remove and dispose of existing equipment while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications, local plumbing codes, and company quality standards. Test installed systems to verify proper operation and safety. Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process. Complete required job documentation and maintain company equipment and vehicles. Work closely with dispatch and team members to complete installations efficiently and on schedule.
What We're Looking For:
Previous residential plumbing experience with water heater installation. Experience installing both tank and tankless water heaters preferred. Knowledge of plumbing systems, venting, gas piping, and local plumbing codes. Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills. Ability to work independently while delivering high-quality workmanship.
