Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional support and service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. We are looking for a candidate who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and supporting manufacturing operations behind the scenes. Calisota Parts is a growing precision manufacturing company serving industrial and commercial customers nationwide.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries (phone & email) Enter new orders and verify accuracy of customer PO details Provide lead times, order updates, and shipping notifications Coordinate with production, purchasing, quality, and shipping to resolve issues Prepare order confirmations, basic quotes, and required documentation Assist customers with part status, inventory questions, or changes to orders Maintain accurate digital records and customer communication history Escalate customer concerns or nonconformance issues as needed Support general office and administrative duties as required
Required Qualifications:
Experience in manufacturing customer service , order entry, or inside sales Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to read and interpret basic manufacturing information (part numbers, POs, etc.)
Preferred Skills :
