This is a great opportunity for a maintenance professional who enjoys working with automation, robotics, and newer technology . The facility is continuing to invest in automation and recently added multiple new production lines . What You'll Do Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial robots and automated production equipment Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime Maintain conveyors, slicing and packaging equipment, motors, sensors, and related systems Perform preventive and corrective maintenance Support the installation and startup of new production lines and equipment Troubleshoot equipment failures and identify root causes Partner with production to improve equipment reliability, safety, and uptime What We're Looking For 2+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience Hands-on robotics troubleshooting and repair experience required Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with automated production lines, conveyors, packaging machinery, motors, sensors, or similar equipment Industrial manufacturing experience required Technical training, certifications, or an Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Automation, Automated Factory Systems, or a related field is preferred What You'll Get $30+/hour DOE 2nd or 3rd shift - candidate's choice Full-time, onsite position Hands-on work with robotics and highly automated equipment Opportunity to work with newly installed production lines and technology Growing, family-owned company with career advancement opportunities Interested in learning more?
