Property Maintenance Technician Bedrock Property Management is hiring a Property Maintenance Technician to keep our properties clean, safe, and in great repair. This is a hands-on role that combines skilled trade work (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair) with everyday property upkeep — mowing, weedeating, trash removal, painting, and cleaning. You'll work independently, use good judgment to solve problems on the spot, and take pride in keeping the grounds and buildings looking their best. What you'll do: Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs (ranges, refrigerators, water heaters, etc.) Handle routine groundskeeping — mowing, trimming, weedeating, trash removal, seasonal snow removal Prep vacant units for move-in: painting, cleaning, minor repairs, floor work Repair windows, doors, locks, flooring, and other building surfaces Respond to resident work orders and complete preventive maintenance Provide occasional after-hours/weekend emergency coverage What you'll need: High school diploma/GED plus vocational/trade training in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC (journeyman-level skill in one trade preferred) 4+ years of building/grounds maintenance or related experience Ability to lift up to 100 lbs., work in all weather conditions, and climb ladders Valid driver's license Comfortable using a wide range of hand and power tools If you're someone who's equally comfortable rewiring an outlet and running a weedeater, we'd love to talk to you.
