Job Description

Overview Pioneer Property Management Inc. is looking for an experienced Residential Maintenance Technician to join our team in Galena, IL . Apply today! Job Summary The maintenance technician will be responsible for completing general maintenance of the properties and individual units.
Reports To:
This role reports to the Property Manager.
Supervision:
This role has no supervisory duties.
Functions/Responsibilities:
  • Complete maintenance requests in a timely fashion
  • Make ready apartments for leasing including painting
  • Snow removal and landscaping maintenance including mulching, watering, weed control and litter pick up
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance
  • Maintain material and supply inventory
  • Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
  • On-call duties as needed
Competencies:
  • Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
  • Must have basic tools and reliable transportation
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent Pioneer Property Management, Inc.
