Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician Full-Time | Direct Hire 3rd Shift | 7PM-7AM | 2-2-3 Schedule $32 and up (based on experience) + Shift Differential Looking for a skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician who can troubleshoot and repair high-speed automated manufacturing equipment with minimal supervision. If you have experience with 480V electrical systems, PLC-controlled machinery, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical troubleshooting, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do ✅ Troubleshoot production equipment downtime ✅ Repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems ✅ Work on motors, drives, conveyors, sensors, gearboxes, pumps, and control systems ✅ Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment ✅ Perform preventative and predictive maintenance ✅ Read electrical schematics and blueprints ✅ Support a safe, efficient manufacturing environment Must-Have Qualifications 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience Experience in a manufacturing environment Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Hands-on experience with 480V 3-phase electrical systems Experience troubleshooting automated production equipment Working knowledge of PLCs and industrial controls Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Preferred Experience Allen Bradley PLCs VFDs and servo motors High-speed packaging or production equipment Food, beverage, plastics, consumer goods, or automated manufacturing
