12-Hour shift We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II to support a highly regulated medical manufacturing operation. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment, with a strong focus on injection molding machinery, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, automation, and preventive maintenance. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience and be comfortable independently diagnosing complex equipment failures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and manufacturing equipment. Maintain and troubleshoot injection molding machines and associated auxiliary equipment. Troubleshoot motors, sensors, heaters, thermocouples, relays, contactors, and machine controls. Diagnose hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including pumps, valves, cylinders, regulators, and fittings. Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and safely restore machinery to operation. Perform root cause analysis on recurring equipment failures and recommend corrective actions. Complete scheduled preventive maintenance activities and document completed work. Support equipment installations, modifications, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects. Troubleshoot robotic and automated manufacturing equipment. Required Qualifications Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting experience. Demonstrated ability to independently diagnose and repair complex manufacturing equipment. Strong preventive and corrective maintenance experience.

Ability to read and interpret:

Electrical schematics Mechanical drawings Hydraulic diagrams Pneumatic diagrams Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems and machine controls. Preferred Qualifications Experience maintaining plastic injection molding equipment. Experience with Engel, Arburg, Milacron, or similar injection molding machines. Experience troubleshooting robotics, automation, conveyors, dryers, chillers, temperature controllers, and material handling equipment. Allen-Bradley PLC troubleshooting experience. Experience within medical device, pharmaceutical, or FDA-regulated manufacturing. Knowledge of ISO 13485 and GMP requirements. #PROTEMP #LI-JH1
