This position combines customer service, chocolate sales, product sampling, cashier duties, and beverage preparation. We are looking for people who enjoy talking with customers, learning about premium chocolate, and creating a welcoming shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service

• Explain our chocolates, fudge, truffle bars, and other products
• Offer samples and help customers choose products and gifts
• Prepare espresso drinks, signature lattes, sipping chocolate, teas, and other beverages
• Operate the Clover POS system and accurately handle cash and card transactions
• Restock products, cups, ingredients, and supplies
• Keep counters, equipment, displays, and work areas clean and organized
• Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and company procedures
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Complete other reasonable tasks needed for daily store operations What we're looking for: Must be at least 16 years old
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with customers
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Willing to learn our products, recipes, and service standards
• Comfortable standing and remaining active throughout the shift
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and busy seasonal periods
• Previous retail, food-service, cashier, or barista experience is helpful but not required—training is provided

Food Handler Certificate:

A valid Food Handler Certificate is required before performing food-service duties. Applicants who do not already have one must be willing to obtain it. The company will reimburse the certification cost up to $10 after employment begins.

Compensation:

Ages 16-17: $14.00 per hour, plus tips

• Ages 18 and older: $15.00 per hour, plus tips
