401(k) 401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Health insurance We are looking for a reliable, hands-on individual to join our team as Car Maintenance & Shop/Facilities Coordinator. This position is responsible for maintaining and organizing our company vehicles, trailers, shop/warehouse department, assisting with deliveries and various maintenance tasks. Responsibilities Perform basic vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other routine maintenance Schedule and coordinate necessary maintenance and repairs for company vehicles Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and properly maintained Safely load, unload, and pull 20-foot trailers Maintain the shop in a clean, organized, and operational condition Monitor inventory and help keep parts and materials properly organized Make company deliveries and pick up materials or equipment as needed General handyman tasks and facility maintenance Assist with other general company needs and projects as required Experience operating a snow plow and or Bobcat is a plus Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and general mechanical tasks Comfortable performing hands-on work and general maintenance Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to lift and move materials and equipment as needed Benefits 401(k) - Health Insurance - Competitive Pay
