Full-time About the Role A well-established, industry-leading direct mail and transactional print manufacturer is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join its high-speed production operation. This is a hands-on role for a skilled electromechanical technician who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in keeping complex, high-speed equipment running at peak performance. You'll play a direct role in production uptime — diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and driving a strong preventive-maintenance culture across the floor. This is a stable, long-term opportunity with an established employer that offers consistent hours, strong benefits, and real job security. What You'll Do Perform proactive, preventive, and emergency maintenance on high-speed mailing, inserting, and production equipment to ensure optimum uptime and productivity. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on production machines. Share equipment set-up and changeover responsibilities with operators for scheduled production runs. Diagnose and calibrate in-machine camera and vision systems, conveyors, and control systems. Read and interpret equipment manuals, job tickets, and work orders to complete required maintenance and service. Support production needs as required, including line changeovers and keeping machines running to schedule. Work within a structured preventive-maintenance program — tracking, prioritizing, and completing scheduled service. Comply fully with OSHA safety and health standards, working with safety and urgency at all times. What We're Looking For Maintenance experience in a mailing, packaging, or high-speed print/production environment (essential). Hands-on set-up and troubleshooting of high-speed inserting equipment — experience with MPS, APS, Epic, Bell & Howell, Kirk-Rudy, Pitney Bowes/BlueCrest , or similar insert systems (e.g., swingarm, Flowmaster) is strongly preferred. Strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Experience working within a preventive-maintenance program in a manufacturing setting. Comfort operating the on-board control computers on production equipment; proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and basic PC use. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills. English fluency (reading, writing, speaking) required; bilingual Spanish a plus .
