Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Sunroom & Patio Installer to join our team. We are open to candidates interested in either a full-time employee position or an independent contractor/subcontractor opportunity . The ideal candidate will have hands-on construction experience and be comfortable installing sunrooms, patio covers and shade products, decks, windows, doors, and related home improvement products. We are looking for someone dependable, professional, detail-oriented, and capable of completing quality installations while providing excellent service to our customers. Experienced contractors and installation crews are encouraged to apply. Independent contractors must carry appropriate insurance and have their own tools and reliable transportation. Compensation will be based on experience and the type of employment or contractor arrangement. Paid training is available. We are looking for someone who wants steady work and the opportunity to grow with an established local company. Responsibilities Install sunrooms, patio covers, shade products, decks, windows, doors, and related home improvement products. Read and follow project plans, measurements, manufacturer specifications, and installation instructions. Complete installations safely, accurately, and according to project requirements. Perform basic carpentry, framing, trim work, sealing, caulking, and other construction-related tasks as needed. Load, unload, transport, and properly handle materials and equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site throughout each project. Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and project management. Identify and communicate any job-site issues, material shortages, or additional work needed. Protect customers' homes and property while completing installations. Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high standards for workmanship and attention to detail. Follow all applicable safety procedures and building requirements. Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles needed to perform installation work. Experience Minimum 2 years of construction or installation experience preferred. Experience with sunrooms, patio covers, decks, windows, doors, carpentry, framing, or residential remodeling is strongly preferred. Ability to read measurements, plans, and installation instructions. Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, ladders, and construction equipment. Must have a valid driver's license . Must have a reliable personal vehicle capable of safely pulling/towing trailers . Must be comfortable towing and maneuvering a trailer to and from job sites. Ability to safely lift and handle construction materials. Must be dependable, punctual, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Independent contractors/subcontractors must provide their own tools, appropriate insurance, and required business licensing/registration.
