Monday-Friday, 1st shift Join Our Team IPCC is a manufacturing company looking for a reliable, hardworking, hands-on individual to join our team as a General Maintenance & Construction Technician. This position will work on a variety of construction and general building maintenance projects throughout the year. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing quality work, and is comfortable working both indoors and outdoors. This position is ideal for someone with a background in construction, remodeling, maintenance, carpentry, painting, flooring, or general labor . If you're dependable, hardworking, enjoy working with your hands, and are looking for a stable full-time position with a variety of projects , we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Duties will include, but are not limited to: Siding installation Interior and exterior painting Drywall and furring installation Tile floor installation Hardwood floor installation Finish carpentry General building repairs and maintenance Assisting with various construction and improvement projects Qualifications Reliable and dependable Strong work ethic and positive attitude Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors Able to perform physically demanding tasks and lift materials as required Ability to follow instructions and work safely Previous construction, maintenance, carpentry, painting, or remodeling experience is a plus, but not requiredPay:
