•$38.00 / hour About the Role Keep our production running smoothly! We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to handle preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across facility systems and heavy-duty machining equipment. (Valves and Metal stamping) You will work directly with low-voltage electrical controls, logic controllers, and standard plant machinery to maintain a top-tier manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities Equipment Maintenance:
Perform PMs and repairs on CNC machinery, coolant/oil/filter changes, and electrical inspections.
System Troubleshooting:
Diagnose low-voltage electrical controls, logic controllers, and PLCs (Fanuc & Mitsubishi).
Facility & Safety Support:
Maintain facility operations (HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, generators), support fire/safety inspections, and safely handle waste materials.
Standard Work:
Complete daily task lists, log event reports, manage priority requests, and assist with inventory levels.
What We Are Looking For Experience:
5+ years in maintenance, ideally within a machining, manufacturing, or tool & die environment.
Equipment Expertise:
Hands-on experience with CNC lathes, CNC mills, bar feeders, centerless/surface grinders, band saws, manual mills/lathes, air compressors, air dryers, material handling equipment, electrostatic filters, and hoists.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with PLC/CNC controls, Fanuc & Mitsubishi logic, and CMMS software (Maintenance Connection preferred).
Physical Ability:
Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs, work on ladders/scaffolds, and handle routine physical labor safely
