Production Maintenance Technician Pay:
$19.00 - $23.00/hour Pepsi MidAmerica is looking for a skilled Production Maintenance Technician to keep our production running smoothly in our fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Schedule:
Days:
M-F - 7AM - 3
30PM What You ll Do Inspect and troubleshoot machinery Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment Respond quickly to breakdowns to reduce downtime Collaborate with production teams to prioritize repairs Keep accurate records of repairs and parts used Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area What We re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Industrial maintenance experience preferred Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Able to work independently and on a team Good communication skills
