Maintenance Technician:

Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment Diagnose emergency equipment breakdowns and complete necessary repairs Troubleshoot and work with electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical equipment Perform welding and fabrication as needed Identify recurring equipment issues and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime Maintain spare parts and inventory for critical equipment Support plant safety initiatives and OSHA requirements Work closely with production and other departments to maintain efficient operations Help identify opportunities for continuous improvement and increased equipment reliability Requirements for the

Maintenance Technician:

5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience required Automotive manufacturing experience required Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and industrial manufacturing equipment Electronics and welding experience preferred Knowledge of Toyota Production System (TPS) and Just-in-Time (JIT) manufacturing is a plus Ability to work multiple shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Valid passport and ability to travel, including occasional international travel Why Join HireLevel?
