Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Perform lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, hedge trimming, flower bed maintenance, tree trimming and removal and daily trash pick up Paint building and machinery as needed Assist in the general cleaning of buildings and machinery Deliver and pickup parts using company vehicle Assist with preventative maintenance tasks Assist maintenance technicians as needed Provide support for production Fabricates fixtures as required Assist with using heavy- duty industrial machines, such as wood grinders, scissor lifts, table saws and etc
Skills/Abilities Required:
Organized, dependable and reliable Problem solving and organizational skills Customer Service Orientation High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license (Clean MVR Record)
Working Conditions:
Varying noise levels Fast-paced work Work in outside weather conditions Will be exposed to electrical machinery
