Job Overview We are a small, growing business specializing in repair and maintenance of storage facilities. We're looking for a reliable, hands-on employee who enjoys working with tools, problem-solving, and working independently.

Responsibilities:

Repair and replace storage unit doors, latches, tracks, and hardware Perform basic construction, metal work, and general maintenance Troubleshoot and fix mechanical issues on storage units Load, unload, and transport tools and materials Maintain a clean and safe worksite Communicate clearly with customers and team members

Requirements:

Mechanical aptitude and basic tool knowledge Experience in construction, maintenance, welding, or metal work is a plus (but not required) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail
