About the Role As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a critical partner in ensuring maximum uptime and operational efficiency across our production facility. You will leverage your expertise in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to proactively maintain equipment, minimize downtime, and drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules to extend the lifecycle of production and facility machinery. Diagnose and resolve complex issues within hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical power train systems to restore operational capacity. Perform precision mechanical repairs, fabrication, and equipment modifications to enhance safety and performance. Utilize advanced welding and cutting techniques to support structural repairs and equipment installations. Interpret technical schematics and blueprints to troubleshoot electrical circuits and control systems effectively. Manage PLC-based systems, including testing, diagnosing, and programming, to ensure seamless automation performance. Maintain rigorous safety standards while operating industrial tools, forklifts, and specialized maintenance equipment. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex technical schematics and blueprints. Demonstrated ability to safely operate power tools, welding equipment, and precision measuring instruments. Valid forklift certification. Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols and environmental compliance. Preferred Skills Direct experience with PLC ladder logic, programming, and troubleshooting. Background in industrial electrical circuit installation and conduit bending. Experience with pipe threading and advanced fabrication techniques.
