Mechanical & Engineering Maintenance Murphysboro, IL Flexible Schedules - Work/Life Balance! Starting at $40.00/hour Responsibilities or job duties: Troubleshoot/repair mechanical power train components (conveyors, bearings, gears, gearboxes, shafts) Read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic symbols and prints Read PLC ladder logic symbols and instructions Rebuild pumps and cylinders from supplied prints Bend conduit and run basic electrical circuits according to prints provided Perform monthly preventative maintenance on production/facility equipment Troubleshoot and repair complex hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems Use welding/cutting equipment (stick and/or MIG, oxy-acetylene, plasma cutter, grinders, etc.) Rebuild pumps/cylinders from supplied prints Use pipe threading equipment

Qualifications:

Experience with Allen Bradley Micrologix, SLC 500, and RSLogix 500 is highly desired. Strongly preferred candidates have completed or are currently enrolled in: HAC 107 Electrical Controls and Circuitry and/or

MFT 201 PLC

Manufacturing Systems Preferred candidates have successfully completed: MFT103 Industrial Robots & PLCs and/or IDM 210 Hydraulics & Pneumatics
