Full Time Maintenance Technician

Motel 6 Naperville ( 1585 Naperville Wheaton Rd ) We currently are looking for a Full Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. Maintenance Technician must be friendly, professional and able to communicate, read and write in English.

RESPONSIBILITIES

: Qualified candidates have strong working knowledge in the areas of: Patching & Painting Plumbing Electrical Knowledge of PTAC Technical/maintenance work As well as general and deep cleaning.

Positive Attitude, Effective Communication Skills, Pleasing personality, Good team player & listener Ability to work well independently. Previous Hotel or Apartment Maintenance experience preferred. Position available immediately. Must have an open availability, Must have a vehicle with an acceptable driver license.
