2-5 years of experience in maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or related trades

Prior experience in facility maintenance, construction, landscaping, or janitorial services is highly preferred

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to read and follow safety procedures, manuals, and work orders

Ability to operate mobile devices, work order systems, and basic computer software (Microsoft Office, database tools)

Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple building systems

Daily local travel required Job Duties Complete preventive maintenance and corrective repairs according to work orders

Perform minor plumbing tasks (unclog drains, repair leaks, replace fixtures)

Complete routine carpentry and painting tasks (patch drywall, match paint, small repairs)

Conduct minor electrical repairs allowed by state law (replace outlets, switches, lighting components)

Perform HVAC, equipment, and building system checks as needed

Conduct site and asset inspections

Use a tablet/smartphone to complete work orders, log notes, upload photos, and submit reports

Maintain tools, obtain materials, and track expenses

Communicate professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction

Attend required safety training and follow OSHA and company safety standards

Provide estimates for larger repairs or projects Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related technical environment is preferred.

Experience performing preventative maintenance programs and responding to equipment breakdowns is beneficial.

Knowledge of PLCs, electrical controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, or fabrication is considered an asset.

Individuals who demonstrate strong troubleshooting abilities, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement are well positioned for success as a Commercial Maintenance Technician. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and work in a variety of industrial environments throughout the shift.

Ability to lift equipment, tools, and replacement parts weighing up to 75 pounds.

Ability to safely work around moving machinery while following established safety procedures.

Manual dexterity to operate tools, perform repairs, and inspect equipment. Benefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
