In this role, you will perform routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and general building upkeep to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting daily maintenance needs.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on building systems and equipment Complete preventive maintenance tasks and inspections as assigned Troubleshoot maintenance issues and assist with repairs in a timely manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and equipment Follow all safety procedures and document completed maintenance activities
Qualifications and Requirements:
Previous maintenance technician, facilities maintenance, or building maintenance experience preferred Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general repair practices Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the shift
