Responsibilities Valid Drivers license and vehicle is a MUST! Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal operation. Conduct HVAC system repairs and maintenance to maintain indoor comfort levels across properties. Utilize hand tools and power tools for carpentry tasks such as repairs to building interiors or maintenance painting projects. Assist with building interior maintenance tasks such as drywall repair, painting (including residential painting), and general carpentry work. Read schematics and technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately and execute Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to tenant requests or concerns related to building maintenance issues. Document all work performed through detailed reports and logs to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or property management support roles with a strong background in electrical work, plumbing, HVAC repair, or mechanical systems. Hands-on experience with HVAC system troubleshooting and repair is highly desirable. Knowledge of building interior maintenance including carpentry, painting (residential painting preferred), and drywall repair. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical devices safely and effectively. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues quickly. Customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing. Leadership qualities that enable effective teamwork within a maintenance crew or property management environment.
