Job Description

This position requires basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC skills. The work includes basic maintenance and cleaning duties. Performs minor repairs relating to mechanical equipment, furniture, shelving, plumbing systems, duct work, etc. as directed by immediate supervisor. Assists in the inventory maintenance of parts and materials stock. Assists in the training and inspection of the work of subordinates as directed by supervisor. May perform electrical work, welding, carpentry and other trade work. Performs other duties as directed. #LI-MB1 #LI - Onsite Higher Secondary Education and 8 Years commercial maintenance & repair experience preferred Basic plumbing, electrical and HVAC skills. The estimated salary range for this position is $53000 to $64000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country.
