Key Responsibilities:
Carry out scheduled maintenance tasks across various equipment and systems, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components Diagnose equipment issues using technical knowledge, schematics, or hands-on assessment, and complete timely repairs to reduce operational interruptions Repair and maintain components such as pumps, motors, valves, control systems, boilers, ventilation systems, and other plant equipment Support upkeep and readiness of systems through routine inspections and preventative servicing Take ownership of mechanical repairs and assist with improvement projects throughout the facility Track and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and replacement parts
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar maintenance role in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment systems independently Self-starter who can quickly assess situations and take action with minimal supervision
