• 2:30pm Injection Molding Manufacturer We're recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join an established Injection Molding Manufacturer in Palatine, IL.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturing business, maintaining injection molding machinery and auxiliary equipment while supporting production through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and continuous improvement. What You'll Do Troubleshoot, repair and maintain injection molding presses, screws, barrels, pumps and motors Service auxiliary equipment including robots, conveyors, chillers, thermolators and grinders Perform preventative maintenance and maintain PM schedules and checklists Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics and PLC documentation Support production teams with machine troubleshooting and maintenance activities Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently Perform welding, soldering and general mechanical repairs Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems Ensure equipment complies with company safety standards and procedures What We're Looking For Injection molding maintenance experience is essential 3+ years' maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems Experience working on 24VDC to 480VAC three-phase electrical systems Ability to troubleshoot injection molding presses and auxiliary equipment Skilled using hand tools, welders, lathes and overhead cranes Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills High School Diploma or GED Apply Click Apply or contact: James Walden 773-747-7676 james.walden@axionrecruitment.com
