Job Responsibilities Perform various maintenance functions including but not limited to: painting, caulking, HVAC repairs, lock repairs, window/door repairs, electrical repairs, appliance repairs, preventative maintenance, and changing light bulbs, filters, batteries, etc. Higher pay reflects Certifications,strong plumbing skills and / or HVAC License. Complete Make Readies utilizing checklist in a timely fashion. Service Requests
  • complete residents service requests in within 24 hour period Assist with the organization and cleanliness of maintenance shop, remove garbage daily Inventory Control
  • communicate to Maintenance Manager when supplies are needed Trash removal Maintain, clean and organize garbage enclosures, dumpsters. Maintenance Coverage after hours
  • schedule/execute on call rotation among maintenance team members to ensure someone is always available to handle emergency service requests outside of normal business hours ie flood, fire, power loss, no heat etc.
Job Requirements VALID Drivers License is
Required General Maintenance Skills:
plumbing, electric, carpentry, and appliance repairs HVAC Certified is a plus Ability to take on call for emergency / after hours for 1 week at a time, on a 4 week rotation schedule.
