Fri Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for independently performing maintenance and repair tasks on a variety of equipment and systems. This position requires a deeper understanding of maintenance techniques and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
    Preventive Maintenance:
    Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
      Troubleshooting:
      Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
        Equipment Repairs:
        Perform repairs and replace defective parts using appropriate tools and techniques.
          Process Documentation:
          Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment logs.
            Collaboration:
            Work closely with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and support operational needs.
            • Assemble electro-magnetic pump systems on manufacturing equipment.
            • All other duties as assigned.
            Qualifications:
            • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in maintenance or a related field preferred; experience in industrial maintenance.
            • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and blueprints.
            • Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
            • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
            • Basic troubleshooting skills.
            • Basic skills of MIG welding; steel welding is a plus
