Competitive Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate:
$30-$45/hour ($62,400-$93,600 annually)
On-Call Compensation:
$150 for scheduled on-call duties.
Paid Time Off:
Start with 48 hours, increasing to 168 hours with tenure.
Paid Holidays:
7 annually (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas) 401(k)

Clear paths for advancement and relocation Your Role as a Traveling Facility Maintenance Technician As a Traveling Facility Maintenance Technician, you'll be the cornerstone of property maintenance, ensuring our clients' facilities operate flawlessly. Working from a fully equipped service vehicle, you'll tackle general repairs, small projects, and preventive maintenance programs, saving clients from costly disruptions. Your expertise will shine as you troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various building systems and equipment. Key Responsibilities Perform general repairs and small service projects (e.g., walls, windows, doors) Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with appliances and building systems. Conduct service, inspections, and routine preventive maintenance on plumbing and electrical systems. Provide HVAC service on systems that consist of but limited to on Split systems, Rooftop package units, VAV's, and water source heat pumps. Engage with clients to confirm service requests and ensure satisfaction. Adhere to safety standards and building regulations. Skills & Expertise Proficient with power tools and maintenance equipment. Ability to assess issues and provide accurate repair estimates. Strong commitment to workplace safety and PPE compliance. Qualifications 3+ years of commercial facility maintenance experience. EPA Certification required. Valid driver's license with ability to travel locally as needed. Ability to pass drug, background, driving record, and security clearance checks. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces. Willingness to work overtime and travel when required. Experience with general commercial repairs, including painting, carpentry, and plumbing. Ability to read blueprints, plans, and technical diagrams. Budget management experience. Comfortable using mobile devices for work orders and reporting. Professional, customer-focused approach with strong communication skills. High school diploma or GED required.
