We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician who is hands-on, reliable, and ready to keep our property running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be a key member of the property team, ensuring our community is safe, functional, and beautiful. Responsibilities include : Completing service requests and repairs in apartments and common areas. Performing preventative maintenance to keep equipment and systems in top shape. Troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues. Assisting with apartment turns, including painting, repairs, and cleaning. Maintaining grounds, facilities, and equipment. Responding to emergency maintenance calls as needed.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in property maintenance, building operations, or a related trade. Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Customer-service mindset and teamwork attitude. Position :
Snow removal to include shoveling and snow blowing walk ways and stairs in the community Must be able to perform outdoor job functions in all weather conditions, approximately 25% of the time Must be able to lift up to 80lbs, approximately10% of the time Must be able to climb stairs, approximately 10% of the time Must be able to walk the community grounds, approximately 15% of the time Must be able to climb a ladder approximately 5% of the time

The pay range for this position is $22-24/hr JVM Management, Inc. determines individual pay within this range based on factors including qualifications, experience, scope of responsibilities, and internal equity.
