Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a Part Time Maintenance Assistant to join our team and assist in the upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have basic maintenance repair knowledge and skills. Under the supervision of the Maintenance Director, performs a wide variety of construction & repair tasks while being able to work unsupervised. Some Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Perform general maintenance tasks
- HVAC
- Support in maintaining and repairing plumbing systems
- Help with painting and repairing drywall
- Landscaping and lawn care maintenance
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to prioritize tasks unsupervised
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must have a Valid Drivers License
- Must be able to pass a background check
Pay:
$19.00- $20.
