deliver a legendary guest experience while building strong leaders across every market we serve Job Summary The Maintenance Technician plays a key role in supporting and maintaining the functionality of multiple restaurant and arcade locations across Iowa and Illinois. This position is responsible for diagnosing and repairing arcade games, commercial kitchen equipment, and general facility issues, while also supporting preventive maintenance efforts. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys hands-on problem solving, working independently across locations, and supporting fast-paced, guest-focused environments. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain arcade and gaming equipment, including troubleshooting and part replacement Troubleshoot and repair restaurant equipment such as fryers, ovens, walk-in coolers, and HVAC units Perform general building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, and light construction tasks Schedule and complete preventive maintenance across multiple locations Coordinate with on-site managers to prioritize and track maintenance and repair needs Work with third-party service vendors and oversee onsite service calls when necessary Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance schedules Ensure all work meets safety standards and complies with applicable codes and regulations Support new store openings, remodels, and equipment upgrades as assigned Identify opportunities to improve maintenance efficiency and equipment performance This is a full-time position, averaging approximately 45-50 hours per week, with occasional nights and weekends as maintenance needs or emergencies arise Qualifications 3+ years of maintenance or repair experience (restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience preferred) Working knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, and basic carpentry Comfortable troubleshooting arcade or gaming equipment (training available if needed) Ability to safely use maintenance tools and diagnostic equipment Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and able to manage tasks across multiple locations Valid driver's license and ability to travel between locations in Iowa and Illinois Availability for occasional evening or weekend on-call support Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off
