Maintenance Mechanic Rochelle, IL $30.00 - $38.00 per hour (DOE) 2nd Shift Heavy Industrial Manufacturing We're recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join an established heavy industrial manufacturer in Rochelle, IL. What You'll Do Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults Build, repair and maintain industrial gearboxes Minimise equipment downtime through effective troubleshooting Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Operate manual machine shop equipment including lathes, mills, drill presses and grinders Support parts identification and ordering when required Maintain maintenance records and support continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent 3+ years' maintenance experience within manufacturing Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics and industrial machinery Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Must provide your own tools Click Apply or contact: Mark Watton, 215-999-6430, mark@axionrecruitment.
