Maintenance Technician - 12 Hour Night Shift 7p to 7a

What You'll Do:

Perform and assist with minor repairs including carpentry, plumbing, interior painting, refurbishing, and cleaning Maintain and troubleshoot production machinery and ancillary equipment Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections, recording findings and maintaining maintenance logs Ensure safety protocols are followed, especially lock-out/tag-out procedures Oversee equipment change-outs and mold/tooling setups for product runs Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs Manage parts inventory and maintain a clean, organized work area Support utility repairs and building system maintenance Assist team leads and other personnel with various tasks as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively Mechanical aptitude with familiarity in tools and machinery Basic electrical troubleshooting skills Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written Forklift certification (current proof required) Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-changing environment Physical ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 50 lbs.), and perform repetitive motions Nice to

Have Skills:

Knowledge of welding, plumbing, and electrical systems Experience with mold and tooling change-outs Prior experience working in a manufacturing setting

Preferred Education & Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent 1+ years of experience in maintenance or a similar role Experience in manufacturing environments is highly valued
