Plum Grove Pay Range:
$20 - $32 per hour Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain a high standard of living for our residents. If you take pride in your work and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect fit for you!
What You'll Do:
Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents. Respond to maintenance requests and ensure timely follow-ups. Perform preventative maintenance, including: Light bulb and filter changes Painting, drywall repair, and lock maintenance Pool upkeep (if applicable) Help with snow removal (by 6:00 a.m.) and maintain records. Rotate on-call duties for emergency maintenance. Keep accurate maintenance logs and documentation. Maintain clean common areas and grounds. Communicate effectively with residents, teammates, and vendors.
What You Bring:
Skills & Knowledge:
Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience. Familiarity with common tools.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma preferred; trade school a plus.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license, good driving record, auto insurance, and basic tools.
Physical Ability:
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.
