Job Description
Job Overview Provide maintenance leadership to the Facilities Maintenance Department and perform supervisory duties in absence of Superintendent [while on shift] and organizing the next shift tasks during shift passdowns. This position will provide highly technical with mechanical and electrical system troubleshooting and repairs. This position will ensure that all PM and work orders are completed in a timely manner to minimize equipment downtime and improve system reliability while on shift in the absence of Superintendents. This position works closely with engineers, vendors, contractors, and customers and is considered part of the maintenance team leadership. Must be able to communicate with upper levels of plant management concerning progress of the work or special problems that would affect production or the status of critical systems.
