Job Description
Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting the plant operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift B - 7PM to 7:30AM 3-2-2 12 hour shift What's the Job? Provide maintenance project management for mechanical and electrical system issues. Develop root cause solutions to system problems, leading to continuous improvement. Offer leadership and guidance in the absence of the supervisor, including organizing shift tasks and passdowns. Perform technical troubleshooting and repairs on systems such as boilers, chillers, air compressors, and water for injection. Coordinate system shutdowns with other departments to ensure minimal operational impact. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED required; technical school training preferred. 4-5 years of maintenance experience with mechanical systems like boilers, chillers, and air conditioning equipment. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, especially with water for injection, is preferred. Familiarity with hardware/software control systems and maintenance management systems such as Maximo.
