Job Description

IHI Turbo America is looking to grow our 3rd shift Maintenance team with an experienced automation technician. As a maintenance technician at ITA you will be tasked with various assignments that will require you to work as an individual and as a team. These assignments will range from maintaining automated assembly lines to facility maintenance, Safety will be a paramount in every aspect of this position.
PREREQUISITES
Education:
HS Diploma, 2 year technical degree preferred
Experience:
3-5 Years Industrial Maintenance
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Recover Robotic welders (Yaskawa, Kuka) Component level troubleshooting of electrical systems 24 VDC to 480 VAC Troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic systems Perform preventative maintenance on assembly and CNC equipment Install and maintain 110VAC - 480VAC single and 3 phase systems (bending & installing conduit, pulling wire, Etc.) Assist Manufacturing Engineering in collaborative tasks Assist in moving machines Plumbing pneumatic and hydraulic supply systems Forklift maintenance Operation of arial platform up to 35 feet Attend maintenance training as required (travel)
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Report Preparation:
o Complete work orders within the CMMS thoroughly describing actions taken and root cause analysis o Notify purchasing and inventory technician of any parts or tools that may need to be ordered o Fill out P.M.
forms in CMMS Equipment operation:
o Forklift, Drill Press, Powered Hand Tools, Digital Multi-Meter, Arial Lift, Scissor Lift
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The pay range provided represents the expected compensation for this position. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications, while maintaining fairness with internal pay structures.
