Training will take place on 1st shift. After training is complete, we will be flexible with shift assignment. (1st or 2nd shift) Summary As a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician, you will oversee the upkeep and optimization of production equipment to ensure continuous, efficient operations. Reporting to the maintenance or operations supervisor, you will diagnose electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, perform preventative maintenance, and implement improvements to reduce downtime. Your strong skills in PLCs, schematics, and mechanical/electrical troubleshooting will drive reliable machine performance, support safety compliance, and contribute to meeting production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on manufacturing equipment; perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime. Conduct routine preventive maintenance and calibration of machinery, sensors, and control panels (including PLCs) using CMMS workflows. Adjust and fine-tune production equipment for optimal performance; replace worn components and document changes. Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings; coordinate with maintenance and production teams to schedule tasks. Ensure safety compliance, lockout/tagout procedures, and proper documentation of maintenance activities.
