Essential Job Functions:

Assist senior technicians with equipment repairs and maintenance Perform basic maintenance tasks and inspections Use hand tools and basic measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers Maintain clean and organized maintenance work areas Follow written and verbal work instructions Report equipment problems to maintenance leadership Ability to read, update, and close work orders using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Accurately document maintenance activities, parts used, and downtime causes. Follow digital preventive maintenance schedules and ensure work orders are completed properly. Comply with OSHA safety standards applicable to maintenance work. Use required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and other equipment as required. Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures when servicing or repairing equipment. Report safety hazards, near misses, or unsafe conditions immediately. Skills and/or

Competencies:

Basic mechanical aptitude Ability to follow instructions Basic math and measurement skills Reliable attendance and work ethic

Education/Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in manufacturing Technical school or mechanical training Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments Welding experience a plus
