Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment to maximize operational efficiency Perform preventative maintenance and maintain maintenance schedules Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to improve manufacturing operations Ensure compliance with workplace safety and quality standards Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals Qualifications Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair experience Hands-on experience with preventative maintenance in a manufacturing environment Understanding of manufacturing tools, equipment, and production processes Ability to interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills Experience working in
