What You'll Love Pay up to $30.00+ per hour, based on experience 1st, 2nd, & 3rd shifts available Excellent benefits packages: health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, & holiday pay What You'll Do Perform mechanical repairs, preventative maintenance, and routine inspections on production equipment Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, motors, control circuits, and industrial components Diagnose electrical and mechanical breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime Perform basic alignment, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical drive system maintenance Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and blueprints Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area adhering to safety standards and procedures What You'll Bring Strong hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or commercial maintenance environment Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyor systems, and power transmission Basic understanding of PLC systems (programming or advanced troubleshooting preferred, but not required) Ability to work flexible shifts, overtime, and weekend rotations as needed High school diploma or GED equivalent; technical certifications or trade school degree a plus #SPI1044
