THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll work directly with production equipment, automation, electrical systems, and critical plant systems while helping drive equipment reliability, safety, and operational performance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment. Diagnose equipment failures and identify root causes. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance. Work with motors, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated systems. Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, sensors, controls, and electrical systems. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation. Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and production emergencies. Perform equipment inspections, adjustments, installations, and repairs. Partner with production and maintenance leadership to improve equipment reliability. Document maintenance activities and completed work. Support continuous improvement and downtime-reduction initiatives. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities. Experience working with automated production equipment. Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, motors, sensors, and industrial controls. Ability to diagnose problems independently and make sound repair decisions. Strong understanding of preventive maintenance practices. Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings. Strong commitment to safety and quality. A dependable, hands-on approach and willingness to jump in when production needs you.
