Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the functionality of our facilities. Duties
- Execute maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and operational environment
- Complete work orders as assigned by end of shift
- Perform corrective and preventative maintenance procedures
- Coordinate and communicate with staff and outside vendors and contractors Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License and auto insurance
- Experience in maintenance and custodial duties
- Basic knowledge of construction, plumbing, and electrical as well as a technical skill set
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively
- Understanding and appreciation for diverse communities
- Beginner computer skills
- Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50lbs Salary commensurate with experience and skills This job requires full-time work, Monday to Friday, 8AM-4:30PM.
