Full Job Description Fleet Maintenance Mechanic Location:

Streamwood, IL Park Central is seeking a dependable, hard-working Fleet Maintenance Mechanic to join our growing maintenance team. If you have experience working on heavy-duty trucks and trailers and enjoy hands-on work in a professional shop environment, we'd love to hear from you. Job Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance (PM services) Oil and filter changes Replace brake shoes, drums, pads, and rotors Mount, repair, and replace truck and trailer tires Grease chassis and perform safety inspections Replace lights, mud flaps, air chambers, and other common components Perform minor mechanical repairs and troubleshoot maintenance issues Keep accurate service records Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications Experience working on semi tractors and trailers (Volvo and Freightliners) Knowledge of air brake systems Basic mechanic tools required (specialty shop tools provided) Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 75 lbs CDL is a plus, but not required We Offer ✅
